I do my fishing on Florida’s Nature Coast and I have fished here for over 30 years. My fishing charters depart primarily from Homosassa and Crystal River Florida. I know these areas well and they have always produced fish for me. I generally fish for Florida tarpon, redfish or trout depending on the season. I also catch a variety of other species such as sharks, cobia, bluefish, mackerel and sheepshead. But I really like the excitement of seeing my clients hooking up with a Florida tarpon. Especially if it is their first time tarpon fishing. So if you’re up to a challenge, the crystal clear flats of Homosassa and Crystal River are world famous for Florida tarpon fishing. Every year, anglers from all over the world visit Crystal River and Homosassa to battle with the Silver King. Florida Tarpon fishing on fly tackle. Some win. Some lose.
